1. How Boat & Guide Rentals Work

Boat Rentals

  • Customers can rent boats hourly or for a full day.
  • Minimum booking: 1 hour
  • Maximum booking: 23 hours (or full day)
  • Boats can be used for fishing or boating.
  • Options: with captain / without captain
  • Boat owners choose captain option during listing.

Fishing Guides

  • Customers can hire a fishing guide along with the boat.
  • Guides teach fishing techniques, safety, and location help.
  • Available hourly or full day.
  • Minimum booking: 1 hour
  • Maximum booking: 23 hours

2. Booking Process

How Booking Works

  1. Select a boat or guide.
  2. Fill in booking details:
    • Duration (hours or full day)
    • Number of passengers
    • With or without captain
  3. Make payment online in advance.
  4. A booking request is sent to the owner/guide.

Owner/Guide Response

  • Accept
  • Reject

Users receive instant notifications.

Messaging

If the request is accepted, both user and owner/guide can message each other.

3. Payments & Verification

Payments

All payments are online and paid in advance. An OTP is generated before the trip starts.

User Verification

  • State-issued ID
  • Passport or driving license

Owner & Guide Verification

Must submit signup details for admin approval. Accounts activate only after approval.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel more than 24 hrs before trip → Full refund in 5–7 business days.
  • Cancel within 24 hrs → No refund.
